Important: always check your size, and be aware that extra customs costs may aply. check the information below. send us an email if you need more information or if you want to know where we can ship your product from.
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out.
The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days (for example: Joggers are send from the USA to EU.)

Our fulfillment times [for all products/t-shirts/phone cases/etc.] may be longer than usual and may
continue to increase until things get back to normal. We’re seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges. It’s difficult to predict the shipping times. You can follow our product manufacturing times and add an additional time for shipping on top of them
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!
Most of our products ship from withing te EU. Within the EU no extra cost aply.
If you buy a product outside of the EU extra cost may aply. If you buy a product form outside of the EU extra import cost may aply.
Any extra cost for importing to your country are payed via your local post/package service. and do not give a refund on any extra import cost charged by local services.
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
We do not charge these cost directly and do not give a refund on any extra import cost charged by local services.
Example: you order a T-shirt in a colour that is made in the USA from the Netherlands you pay customs to POSTNL if your order is above €22,- excl shipping and tax.
USA products shipped to EU above €22,- excl. VAT and Shipping pay an extra 0-12% import and 21% VAT on the order.These are not included in our price.
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your
neighbor’s, get in touch with us at Info@fetishstreetwear.com with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
MOST PRODUCTS ARE MADE IN THE EU, IF YOU WANT TO KNOW IF YOUR PRODUCT IS MADE IN YOUR REGION, (shipping time and costums) SEND US AN EMAIL.

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you
quickly, please email us at Info@fetishstreetwear.com within a weeks’ time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
If there is anything wrong with your order contact us at email@example.com . We will see what we can do for you.
We only offer returns is your item arrived damaged or you got the wrong item or size. In case you ordered a incorrect color or size we can not offer a return. ALWAYS CHECK THE SIZING CHARTS.
If you are strugling to find your size, and want to make sure you get the right one, contact us.
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at email@example.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
We will only use your email for information about your order and a review email. If you make an acount your personal data will be stored on our website.. If you want to be removed from our database send us an email.
If you choose to get the newsletter, your email will be stored for that use, if you wich not to receive the newsletter anymore send us an email or unsuscribe within the last email.
Your shipping information will be automaticly transferd to Printful. this is only used so they can send you the product and shipping tracking information. We do not give your personal information to any other person our company.
If you want to stay updated of our latest producst ,sales, give aways follow us on instagram or twitter. If you want to show your love for our products you can always send us a picture that we can use for social media.
